College Applications and Retake

The retake will be on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011. There wil be a schedule posted soon for the time slots of those who will have the retake. Prepare your costume, props, etc. :D :D

Application Forms and Batch Tutorial

 

Since DOST scholarship application is required for Pisay students, the guidanceI will wait until Thursday (October 14, 2011) for those who have not yet submitted their application form. Those who will not submit on that day have to pass their appliation directly to DOST in Taguig.
 
Deadline for UST and Mapua application is on October 20, 2011 (Thursday). 

Please note the final schedule for the tutorials this Saturday, Oct. 15:


  • ECONOMICS - 8:30am-12:00pm
  • MATH - 1:00pm-4:00pm
So If anyone changes their mind about attending, please inform any council officer or Maam Cheng ASAP.

MAPUA Application

 

The following students are requested to submit 2  (1.5x1.5) pictures for their mapua application form asap:

Also, for those who have not yet claimed their DLSU test permit, please get it at the Guidance Center.
 
Don't forget to let your parents sign the DOST Application, too! Pass them to the Guidance Center by Tuesday! :)

MAPUA and UST Application

 

MAPUA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY offers FREE ENTRANCE EXAM to seniors of PSHS. If there will be at least twenty (20) students who will take the exam, they may conduct an on-site examination in our school. For those interested, you may enlist your name and get the application form at the Guidance Center on/before September 16, 2011 (Tuesday).

Requirements for application are:

·     Accomplished Application Form

·     2 pictures 1 ½” x 1 ½”

·     Certification of Candidacy for Graduation


 

FRESHMEN APPLICATION PROCEDURES AT

UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS

1.    FILL OUT ONLINE APPLICATION (download from http://myuste.ust.edu.ph:8888/onlineapplication/applForm.jspAND PRINT A COPY. (HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE GUIDANCE CENTER.)

2.SUBMIT THE COMPLETED FORM WITH ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE GUIDANCE CENTER ON/BEFORE OCTOBER 3, 2011:

a.             Clear photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

b. Two (2) 2” x 2” recent identical pictures with printed name and signature at the back

c.     Php 500.00 application fee
